We are striving for an easy and mutually beneficial process here. You want a great pair of sunglasses, and we want to provide them for you!
All domestic orders come with free shipping via USPS First-Class Mail. All international shipments are sent via USPS First-Class International. Please keep in mind that we are a boutique brand, so while we strive to get all orders shipped within 1-2 days of your order, extenuating circumstances may arise where your shipment takes a little longer than normal. In those instances, we will email you directly explaining the situation.
In addition to an email confirmation/receipt of your order, you will receive another email containing your tracking information once your package is shipped.
*Please note International shipments may experience additional charges in import / duties. If you would like to know prior to ordering please contact your local customs office for import pricing.
We are extremely confident that you will love your pair of Blue Planet’s, but if for any reason you don't, feel free to send them back, along with the complimentary case, any time within 30 days of the date of purchase.
We will issue a full refund or replacement of goods in all instances where:
There is a manufacturer's defect or an inherent flaw with the products.
The products are damaged upon delivery to you.
The products you ordered are returned to us as undelivered by USPS.
The products are returned to us still in new condition within 30 days of purchase.

How to make a return or exchange,
Email ShopBP@blueplaneteyewear.com With your order number, a photo of your damaged shades, and an explanation for your return or exchange.
For Exchanges you are responsible for shipping charges to Blue Planet Eyewear.
Returns/Exchanges must include all original materials and packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received them. Please make sure to repackage the items in a manner to protect them from damage, as Blue Planet Eyewear is not responsible for items damaged in return shipping. A refund or replacement will be issued within 5-10 days following the receipt of the returned goods.
