Shipping:

We are striving for an easy and mutually beneficial process here. You want a great pair of sunglasses, and we want to provide them for you!

All domestic orders come with free shipping via USPS First-Class Mail. All international shipments are sent via USPS First-Class International. Please keep in mind that we are a boutique brand, so while we strive to get all orders shipped within 1-2 days of your order, extenuating circumstances may arise where your shipment takes a little longer than normal. In those instances, we will email you directly explaining the situation.

In addition to an email confirmation/receipt of your order, you will receive another email containing your tracking information once your package is shipped.

*Please note International shipments may experience additional charges in import / duties. If you would like to know prior to ordering please contact your local customs office for import pricing.

Returns:

We are extremely confident that you will love your pair of Blue Planet’s, but if for any reason you don't, feel free to send them back, along with the complimentary case, any time within 30 days of the date of purchase.

We will issue a full refund or replacement of goods in all instances where:

  • There is a manufacturer's defect or an inherent flaw with the products.

  • The products are damaged upon delivery to you.

  • The products you ordered are returned to us as undelivered by USPS.

  • The products are returned to us still in new condition within 30 days of purchase.

 Sale Items: Are not refundable or exchangeable

How to make a return or exchange,

  • Email ShopBP@blueplaneteyewear.com With your order number, a photo of your damaged shades, and an explanation for your return or exchange.

  • For Exchanges you are responsible for shipping charges to Blue Planet Eyewear.

  • Returns/Exchanges must include all original materials and packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received them. Please make sure to repackage the items in a manner to protect them from damage, as Blue Planet Eyewear is not responsible for items damaged in return shipping. A refund or replacement will be issued within 5-10 days following the receipt of the returned goods.

  • All returns/exchanges should be mailed to:

Purchased at one of our retailers?

If you purchased a pair of Blue Planet glasses at one of our retailers, please note we do not offer a warranty of any kind. However if you believe that the glasses broke due to a manufacture defect with in the first 30 days of purchase. Email ShopBP@blueplaneteyewear.com with a photo of the damaged glass and your original receipt with the purchase date visible.

A customer service representative will review and get back to you to help resolve the situation.

Due to hygienic purposes we can not return or exchange opened or used products. 

Note:

If goods are returned as undeliverable, you will be contacted by email for confirmation of the delivery address. If no reply is received within a reasonable period and in any event within 30 days of the return of the goods, then a refund will be made within 30 days of that date.

We may refuse to accept future orders from those who have made previous unsubstantiated claims for non-delivery of goods. Refunds will be limited to the maximum value of the original order, including any delivery charges, and will only be issued against the same payment method as supplied during the order. We reserve the right to proportionately reduce the level of the refund if only some of the original products are returned or if some of the products are not returned in new condition.
